yep, I think 10 hours pay in Dec. Don’t quote me but I think 40 hours in May. None the less, it makes costing out the DALPA proposal re SIL’s and ER pretty difficult since it is an undetermined number of pilots that would take them . Mgt is pushing for reduced ALV’s across the board cause that is easily costed for Delta management.
