We have folks across the spectrum on experience levels overall and in the current BES.

A one size fits all answer isn’t the proper one IMO. In fact, that’s why we have the ability to request proficiency flying now.

If one is getting to a point of not feeling comfortable, don’t roll over. Ask for the LDRQ.

I only wish I was as good as I was 25 years ago. I have more experience. And that helps me define my limitations.
