A three way will never happen but this is a fun conversation. The only name that isn't regional is Jetblue. Hawaiin and Alaska are great brands but not for a worldwide carrier. People aren't going to choose Hawaiin or Alaska to fly from London to New York. The surviving name has to be Jetblue. You maintain ownership of the other names so that anyone typing Hawaiin Airlines or Alaska Airlines into their computer goes to the Jetblue website. You paint the 737's with the name JetBlue Alaska. The 717's and 787's with the name JetBlue Hawaiin. Done.
