I’ll second Odell Brewing in Fort Collins, with 5 Barrel Pale Ale my personal go-to. Another solid one, after a day of skiing, is Outer Range, up in Frisco, CO. Everything they make is awesome. On the road, Elysian is probably my fav, especially the Dragontooth Stout.
