You just admitted you have no clue about vaccinations.
This is different, because it's a single virus strand that your body will form antibodies against after an infection. Developing a vaccination against something like this is well understood science.
Comparing it to HIV (AIDS is a disease you dumdum) just shows you know nothing about what you are talking about.
