Seriously? Other than our PWA protections we can not protect our guys from furlough. We can agree to whatever is put in front of us and management will still furlough whatever they deem necessary.

This is how it works: The company says you give us X we will reduce furloughs by Y. Well the number of proposed furloughs just went up by [Y].

[Proposed furloughs - Y] = Z Where Z equals the number the company wanted to furlough all along.

The joys of math.
