Oh please, stop making excuses for the union. They are weak and have been weak regardless of who takes leadership. Did they use the leverage we had in 2015? Maybe guys are tired if holding strong only to see their union fold when they had the strong hand. I declined every draft trip during last negotiation, unfortunately I’m not sure I’ll be able do that again because in my view I ended up losing big time.
