Better question when will any regional start hiring? My bet is 2022. Friends in corporate flying say resumes are already pouring in, no contract work, no hiring at airlines, pilots are looking anywhere they can.
The Regionals will start hiring when the Majors start pulling pilots away from them again. That is where everybody needs to look. If the Majors go stagnant again like they have in the past during previous downturns, it is going to be a world of suck for everybody involved.
