After reading the MOU in it's entirety (not just the shiny MEC highlights), I am very disappointed. They way I see it, this greatly favors the Company and I believe they will use every bit of it and the soft language to take advantage of the spirit and intent of this agreement. (Wording such as: "mutually determined", "unreasonably withheld" in contracts/MOUs never bode well for the crew force.)
It appears very few crewmembers affected by this JS "relief" may actually get to utilize the "benefits" outlined in this MOU. Similar to the CBA 2015 Unobtainum ULR Premium pay... anyone, anyone???
