Highly suggest you don't take this route. A young-ish pilot with mediocre credit loading up $10,000+ on plastic with a 16-23% rate... at regional FO pay you'll be living a financial hell paying that off. It's not worth it to fly a shiny jet.

It's hard to get an MEI job with 15 hours...even freelance is no-go because of club insurance. I know people who lingered WAY to long in ASEL because they refused on principle to buy their time.
It used to be that you could wrangle a little bit here, a little bit there, but insurance is getting tougher all the time.
For many folks the only other way might be to pack up and move for a job at one of the puppy mills...even then you might have to wait in seniority order for the twin.
If you have better ideas, let's hear them...
