Full benefits coverage is about $750 per month based on my pay stubs. That includes Health and dental insurance with dependents, life insurance for self and dependents, short and long term disability, salary protection, etc. I think the only option I elected out of was legal services. I haven't had any claims with Cigna yet, so I am hopeful it is just as great as Aetna was the last four years. That will be telling.
