Meanwhile Trump had suspended Asia travel and declared a public health emergency back in January. I think the Democrats were still pushing impeachment while this was all brewing. 4 days after Science said it was okay to go take cruises, Trump declared a national emergency enabling use of the Stafford Act.

Not sure which media outlets you read/watch.... but he's clearly been ahead of what the science was saying. The timelines are factual and don't lie or spin. Look at what Science was saying, and what Trump was doing along a timeline; then form your own opinion.
