agreed and that is a huge variable. However look at EWR IAD IAH ORD FO seats there are 500 FOs that could easily hold CA if they wanted to. Also look at the CA seat a lot of 756 CAs can hold WB CA very easily. If I can get some time today I’ll get some numbers.
If they volunteered for a displacement they'd do it at the junior pilots seniority. Not their own. Get it?
