I wasn't laughing in the slightest at anyone's misfortune and the fact that it offended a ton of people is evident and shows my relative immaturity. I've never tried to stoke any kind of hate or offensive behavior on these forums and I've always considered myself a positive promoter of the company, but that doesn't make the emotions everyone communicated any less real and it hits me hard. I hope that at least responding and offering respectful apologies is something that is still meaningful in these difficult times. I'm not going to make any excuses or try to reason what I thought might have been positive.
