they would have to post a job opening/interview/hire. Then if they are qualified on the jet it will take 30-45 days to get them qualified to teach only the procedures phase and manuvers phase. Then they will learn how to teach the CQT and CQTL then 6 months later (at a minimum) they will learn how to teach the LOFTS/LDRQ/QMV/CQMV. Then they will receive their FAA check out which must be done by the APM.
so yeah it’s a peice of cake......
if they are not current on the aircraft they need a full Qual course, full IOE, then must consolidate then they do everything listed above. Were talkin almost a year before they can conduct validations and teach LOFTS.
