who’s going to want to do the job? All those people can already do it if they want and they aren’t doing it. PIs work an awful lot more days than line pilots, and driving to and from TK each and every day is fine if you live within 10 miles. Otherwise it can be a long back and forth commute. Is someone going to commute to TK for a pay cut, or move their families? Probably not.
