Bro I have two family members there who have 20+ years of experience at US Air on the "East Side."
*throws up a gang sign* To put things in perspective a guy with 18 years at US Air East will get furloughed before a guy of 7 at US Air West.
You have no idea what these guys have gone through. Think regional treatment at a major, loss of retirement, twice screwed over in mergers, furloughs ect.
Imagine where they are and respect that, because in this industry we could all be there in no time. You work at PSA, WTH is wrong with you?
It is what it is. They voluntarily chose to go to arbitration. They voluntarily chose to accept whatever the arbitrator said. When they didn't get what they wanted, they started crying and wouldn't accept the decision.
