Not a damn thing other than voluntary ETO and retirements. I’m pretty junior too and I give myself a 50/50 chance of avoiding furlough if loads don’t go north of 60% come 1Oct. I’m ready. Hope Dean is too. We are already 4th in compensation and benefits among the top 4 major airlines. We’ve given enough. I want to come back to the same job I left and start building it back up to being #1 in pilot compensation.
