3 types of RSV from my interview notes.
1)home, 5 hrs to gateway, NLT 10 hrs to T/o
2) hotel rsv
3) airport rsv, 90 min to T/o.
I’m sure someone around here clan clean this up but that was the basics. Also, there aren’t reserve lines. They’re built into the lines from what I understand.
