Have flown with a few of the "old" Co-op folks and lived with a few of the "new" interns in the crashpad. The internship and Amerifight program seems to be a decent shot at getting here Those folks get to work with management, FQS and non-FQS, every day. None of those folks in the new program have made it back here yet. Though we should be close to seeing the first couple be in the window. Jury is still out on whether this is a good way. Ameriflight seems to have cleaned up their act a little bit after half of a class left for the regionals. Time will tell. I would keep an eye on this path.
Late Edit- Those three guys mentioned in the Ameriflight press release were not in the internship program They got a great deal being in the right place at the right time Their creds looked good though. I saw that at least one of them started class the other day as an IPA member There is hope for the turbo prop folks
