Not arguing it being contractual. I agree it is based off hiring numbers. My question isn’t about restarting the airline, which those phases account for. I am talking about hiring at the numbers required not to affect flow significantly for the worse. AA won’t be back to that for some time. Given the early retirements and the significant fleet retirements their hiring position is not nearly as dire and urgent as it once was.
