Yet despite elements of both parties running against it during election seasons, that Act always gets renewed no matter who is in the White House and/or who is in power in one or both chambers of congress. Funny how that works. And we keep falling for the decption of the two party head fake.
FWIW I agree with your POV that its a bad piece of legislation, and the insane trillion dollar war(s) have only made us weaker and further enslaved to unpayable debt to foreign powers.
