Why does Gary Kelley continue to go straight to the media with his talk of concessions, furloughs and downsizing? I mean I know why, but I thought he was all about "family" and "culture". You'd think he'd keep everything in house.

Our CEO gives us weekly updates, and we all know the possible **** storm coming in October, but at no time have they mentioned the word "concessions". And certainly haven't brought up "furloughs if no concessions" rhetoric. And as far as I know, haven't used the media to put pressure on any working group.
