You’re right, it said something like “...The most common method of furlough mitigation in the industry is voluntary leave”. Then it
didn’t mention if the company agreed that they’d prevent furloughs because of it. Second to last paragraph mentions they’re “hopeful” it will avoid involuntary furlough, but that word isn’t making me feel to warm and fuzzy.
