Split lines on the 767 are pretty easy to get. We just got news that our new deadline for an integrated seniority list is now the end of March 2021. That means 2022 or later for a new contract.
That is not the way that I read it. The rest of the process continues with the May 15th "stake in the ground" (my term), but the seniority list will now be produced towards the end of the process rather than at the beginning. See the first bullet point in the union's email.
The union can (and apparently has) appealed, but agreed to not file for a stay of the ruling.
