It was posted in public on the internet. I'm sorry but anything that is posted knowing that is open for criticism. That's like rule 1 of the interwebs.

At least he took down the videos about shooting/killing down... all while in uniform. Don't care if you like the guy or not, we can all agree that was pretty bad.
