this is a valid point. There will come a time when the Heathrow slots will again become use em or lose em. Of course United could choose to sell them but that would be very short sighted. Those slots are the most valuable in all of aviation.
We could also move the people on fewer flights using bigger planes. Send a 777 over instead of 2 flights on a 756. Hopefully demand returns to a sustainable level before we get there.
