I’m just feeding the hysteria of all of these threads. The fact is none of us have nearly the information the administration has, yet we all “know better” in relation to our political leanings.
All of these threads are pointless. We have no immediate influence on national health response or the airline’s recovery game plan. Anyone who thinks they, or Hillary, or Uncle Joe, or Barack would have done any better leading through this is naive. And anyone who thinks ALPA will have any influence on what happens Oct 1 is also naive.
My trolling is complete. It’s grown tiresome.
Im an “open it up” guy. Apply common sense health safety in everything we do, but it’s time to get on with life. The hospitals have sufficient PPE and equipment to absorb any rebound.
Hopefully this results in better hygiene and prolific vaccinations of all types.
Before the press moved the goal posts, “flattening the curve” was solely intended to distribute infection over a longer period to prevent overwhelming the health care system. Empirical evidence says we’re there. Two weeks became four weeks became six or more weeks of flattening. Those criticizing the “get back to work” crowd don’t have any fool-proof solutions either, short of “stay home” until we tell you it’s safe, another milestone there’s no consensus on, and will ultimately be an arbitrary decision made when political pressure becomes too great for said elected officials’ political career to withstand. That’s not realistic.
