Barely a job? Any of us who make 1/4 million are not "barely working" with the exception of a handful of widebody captains on reserve who have about 25-30 years of seniority. If you don't know what you're talking about, you shouldn't pretend to.
Flying for Piedmont doesn't excuse that asinine post. I wasn't that clueless at the regionals and I was there a long time..."barely working". If that's how you really feel then you must suck at your job.
I am sorry but compared to working construction or working in retail or working in fast food or working any minimum wage job at all living out of a vehicle in the northeast with out a heater compared to commuting to work and getting a free ride. I think ill take commuting. It seems like there are a lot of pilots out there that complain oh this TA sucks or oh we had to take concessions but compared to working a real job i think i would take concessions. Its all relative i guess.
