A brand seniority list could work for low time civilian pilots who hire onto a regional and then move up when their seniority allows, but what would that do to military pilots? Should they serve 15-20 years and then have to start over at the bottom of a regional pay scale with people fresh out of a Cessna?
You could easily give a credit for time served something like 2 for 1. 20 years equal 10 years of Alpa national list seniority which would likely put them right at eligible for the "majors"
