The email was sent to whatever address ALPA has for you. If you are not receiving updates on regular basis log onto your ALPA account and verify they have the correct address.

That said, we only know that NPDM 20-01 exists. The actual text of the NPDM has not been released so there will be "consultations" with the ALPA SSC and then the actual displacement will be released.
