Concur with the estimates posted above. As others have also stated, I can’t imagine they would completely park the 767s as we don’t have enough 78s to fly the Europe routes out of EWR and IAD in the event recovery by next summer occurs even moderately. I’d have to go back and look at pre-covid flying, but suspect ORD may also fall in this category. 75 CONUS flying is gone for good, hence the bases MoP listed seem most logical. Most of these NPDMs were easy, open and closed with follow on action within days. This one, not so much.
We will get to see the content of the NPDM soon enough. That will just be the tip of the iceberg, everything is dependent on market recovery.
