Yeah that’s what it looks like to me from the outside as well.
I was just saying, if they claimed the Cares act does not cover employee costs and that they only received an amount of 70% of what they asked for, that is in fact true as the act did not have enough money to cover 100% of a fully operating airline (excluding reduced minimums, leaves, etc).
