Did the corporate management thing for several years and I’m not so sure we’ll ever fully get there. I think a hybrid solution is possible though, depending on your function. There’s no reason John from finance needs to crunch numbers at his cubicle 40 hrs a week, but I’d want him there in person at my weekly status meeting if it was my program. YMMV.
