You can fly, but many states have mandatory quarantine upon arrival. That is stopping me from some potential travel. It caused my daughter’s fiancé to drive instead of fly from WA to TX. He had a job offer with Amazon in San Antonio and flying would have required a 14 day at home quarantine. There are several other examples from neighbors I’ve talked to as well. Lifting the mandatory quarantine after travel is a necessary step before passengers return.

what? If he was willing to bust the quarantine by driving to skirt the rules why wouldn’t he just not comply with the 14 days after landing? It’s not like they put an ankle bracelet on you... it’s “self” quarantine.
