If past history is any indication, and it usually is, Carlson is only privy to this afternoon's long-term plan. It will change many times before the process has run its course.
Hopefully it changes for the better. Some positive news out today on medicine to help speed up the recovery process if people are hospitalized. Also, rumors that a vaccine could be available as early as September. Not sure if I'd risk cutting too deep in the first displacement when far more positive news keeps coming out in regards to fighting the virus and with economies beginning to open. I still say 1500 furloughs at most.
