Because you can’t look at the trip AND pick it up. You have to pick it up immediately, THEN see if it’s something you want. If you look at it and then decide, the trip will be gone. Just another reason the current system needs changed.
Maybe some kind of lock if you get it and then "always have buyers remorse" everytime.
