Passengers could not give a Rats Posterior about DELAYS.. the average passenger wants to get on expedia or travelocity and pay wal-mart prices and get sacks fifth ave treatment I could not care less about the Delays we get paid by the MIN block or better baby, the truth of the mattter is every one is looking out for themself passengers too often have this entitlement mentality management dont really care about labor in this free market economy the consumer cant have it both ways either they can get fewer mainline flights or they can have choices and have more RJ frequency, ok just my 2cents RANT OFF
