The union was voted off the property by a majority of the k2 pilots because they had around 5 years of negotiating with zero results. Ther were not even close to a contract.
k2 pilots never HAVE to touch a load. they can get load pay however if they want it and they each make an extra $800.00 per leg for load pay.
No k2 pilot gets to an out station and has to get his own way home. We are provided tickets in that scenario.

Teamsters had FIVE years and not one single TA! The negotiators were deemed too ineffective and incompetent that they were voted off by the majority of the pilots. That happened 3 months ago and we have already seen tangible results.
