Just curious what a PI’s obligations are to their position? Can they return to the line with short notice? Imagine if a quarter of the NB PI’s just decided to return to the line in July or August. I bet that would throw a wrench into their brilliant plan.
From the contract..........23-Q-3 The I/E shall return to his current Category when voluntarily returning to the line. An I/E leaving I/E status voluntarily is expected to give at least forty-five (45) days' advance notice to the Senior Manager - Fleet Training.
