Eye opening is an understatement! It’s going to be months before any of us can wrap our heads around this.

Refresh my memory, you’re a PI currently? If so what’s the vibe among current PI’s as far as sticking it out over the summer to train ones replacement? I’m just curious how all the junior PI’s that are likely going to be on the street feel about the challenges they will be facing in the next few months. I truly feel for them in this situation as I can’t imagine what the mental toll would be like. Knowing that each student you’d be training is there against their will and is also likely under a lot emotional stress.
