That's out of line. Way out of line. SKW is still a great company currently. I don't believe anyone has said otherwise. We talk of union because while they might be great now, the door is wide open for management to do their will if things go sour. JetJock what was on your last W2 and at what pay grades? I'm willing to bet that it was more than mine. At SKW and XJT you'll make more than here at RAH. We're fighting to fix that and I'll walk in a heart beat if that's what the pilot group decides to do. However we all have something to offer that the other doesn't. SKW is still a top tier regional. My opinion of course. SKW, XJT, RAH lead the pack. However SKW doesn't have to stay a top tier. If management wants to screw them they now can. Doesn't mean they will... We were just hoping to eliminate the easy of them doing so.
