Agree, the blue states need to open June/July at the latest.

We are lean, and have a simple network (point to point instead of connect hubs) and relatively simple fleet (I wouldn't be surprised if we dump the 190s and go single fleet for a while). Our CASM is lower than the legacies and we will be better positioned to compete on price and focus on leisure travel.

That being said, there will be pain for us too. I am still optimistic we won't furlough, but it will still be a bumpy ride.
