What we need are leaders who know how to rally. Neither this council, or the last, could be bothered to send out regular communications, make calls on an individual level, or go out of their way to get to know their constituents. You want people to show up and get excited then put in more effort than an email the day prior to whatever event your holding. Our leaders need to take ownership of their shortcomings and then work to be better, blaming the pilot group is the opposite of how this gets fixed.
