Yes they can. Because the company is in "reduction mode" there aren't secondary and tertiary displacements from the same bid. So we will most likely see another displacement with 20 days for it to be awarded. This is as bewildering for them as it is for us so unless they really have a firm grasp on our long term fleet plan (zero chance) it should take them a few days. If not enough people displaced into the seats they were expecting there might actually be a vacancy award at the end of this to cancel some displacements.
