The company put out a memo months ago on this. It will pay charter rates and go straight into open time to be bid on.
while depending on how many of these are it will go extremely senior. Probably only top 10% will get it. Now that will mean more 4.5tfp 3 days we can bid straight for but I dont think this will trickle very far.
I think we should get something for this, obviously it's good for both of us so it should be easy to negotiate on.
personally I'd like to see a whole subset of cargo flying we could bid for. Take our retiring aircraft and make them cargo birds and fly hundreds of them.
