yeah, they just raised asa's pay after long negotiations. improved work rules, etc. then they came to us and offered us a pay raise (we didn't go begging for one, they came to us). so pay and work rules getting better at both carriers. that's funny. i would have thought "whipsaw" meant things getting worse.
