You are correct in your belief JJ At least as far as my vote is concerned. FYI, I did not vote for ALPA, but that's only because I am so new there that the ALPA vote was before I even started class.

I _may_ have not voted pro-ALPA since I think mgmt deserved the benefit of the doubt (hey, they deserve at least one chance from a new guy right?). But it was almost implied that keeping ALPA out meant good things for us non-mgmt types (not saying it won't eventually - like in terms of growth or QOL somewhere down the line that we can only speculate upon at this point). And oh was the Kool-Aid being served at almost every step of indoc that we have such a good labor-mgmt relationship and that everyone's looking out for each other we don't need a union.

I just have the feeling that it's all part of stringing us along for as long as they can with as little as they can - and that's not what comes to mind when I think about good leadership.
