  • daily departures down to 1/3 of normal
  • 5000 employees have taken VTO of some duration
  • CAPEX to be cut in 1/2 for 2020
  • Goal is to improve to burning only $1 million a day.
  • 1/3 of the fleet has no financing burden
  • Delta 200s probably done unless Delta wants to resign
  • United resigned the 200s in February
  • All 6 Compass 175s received, 3 in service, 3 indefinitely parked.
  • United 175s join in the 3rd quarter
  • American 175s have no service timeline (I think)
  • Prorate earnings off by 25 million, next quarter will be worse
  • "Stream line" size and operation size to focus less on high-end performance costs
  • CPA rates lowered or minimums waived for Q2/Q3 depending on partners needs.
  • M&A as previously executed will never be on the table.
