I should have been more specific. There have been surveys on pairing construction, and on how the union communicates with us. There has never been a survey that I’ve seen generally ‘taking the temperature’ of the pilot group regarding what we would like the union to bargain for on our behalf. I assume there was a lot of that prior to contract negotiations, but I’d be curious to see a survey to clarify where the pilot group stands now on initiatives like career progression in comparison to other issues.
